restaurant foraged. at patowmack farm is a hyper-seasonal restaurant in lovettsville, virginia, overlooking the potomac river. led by chef/owner chris amendola, the restaurant is built around cooking what the land gives us, when it gives it.
our menu changes constantly, shaped by what is growing on the farm, what we are foraging, preserving, and sourcing from local farmers, fishermen, and producers. each dinner is rooted in seasonality, sustainability, and a close connection to the land around us.
the beverage program follows the same philosophy, with a strong focus on virginia wine. led by our sommelier, kenny, our wine pairing is designed to showcase the depth, character, and range of wines being made throughout the state.
