Lodging Properties

Annual Dues $240/year

Lodging Properties must be a permanent structure located and licensed in Loudoun County, and be defined as one or both categories below:

  • Full-Service: Prepares and serves food, innkeeper/Manager on premises when guests are present, ambassador/guide to area, offers to coordinate guest services.
  • Limited Service: Provides food, but does not serve, or Provides access to a kitchen, onsite or virtual innkeeper/manager available when needed, offers information about area attractions.

Hospitality Partners

Annual Dues $240/year

Hospitality Partners must be a licensed business with Loudoun County, or in the county in which you live/do business. This category includes, but is not limited to: Wineries/breweries/distilleries, restaurants, caterers, food trucks, specialty shops, tourism & historic sites, farms, entertainment, event venues, transportation.

 

Service Providers

Annual Dues $120/year

Service Providers must be licensed, Loudoun-based businesses that do not have a direct relationship with our guests, but they provide services to our members. Service Providers will be listed in the Guild membership Directory, and will be invited to join the Lodging Properties private FaceBook page. This category includes, but is not limited to: insurance agents, lawn services, cleaning services, tax accountants.
