What Your Membership Supports

Your membership dues directly support:

Core Guild operations and member services, including:

  • Annual Member Meetings and governance
  • Sip ’N Shares networking and educational events
  • Website maintenance, hosting, and enhancements
  • Industry memberships, education, and meetings
  • Day-to-day administration and coordination

Strategic marketing and promotion, including:

  • Collaborative marketing initiatives that highlight Loudoun County’s unique stays
  • Development and upkeep of shared marketing tools not fully funded by grant awards

Member advocacy and partnerships, including:

  • Ongoing collaboration with Visit Loudoun and regional partners
  • Representation of lodging interests at the county and industry level
  • Shared insights, education, and best-practice resources

Guest engagement and value programs, including:

  • Development and management of the Guild Guide, if not funded by grant awards
  • Support of guest-facing tools such as the Perks Pass

Community stewardship, including:

  • Preservation of Loudoun County’s rural character
  • Support for locally owned, small hospitality businesses
  • Tourism scholarships

Maximizing the Value of Your Dues

Payment timing differs for new and renewing members.

New Members

  • Membership dues are collected immediately after application submission.
  • Applications are reviewed within seven (7) business days.
  • If an application is not approved, dues are refunded in full.

Renewing Members

  • Current members may pay annual dues directly.
  • No new application is required.
  • Renewal dues are non-refundable once processed.

Lodging Property — $240/year

For businesses offering overnight accommodations, including:

  • Unique stays, boutique inns, and signature B&Bs
  • Historic properties and estates
  • Vacation rentals and private guest houses
  • Farm stays, retreats, and resort-style lodging

Hospitality Partner — $240/year

For guest-facing tourism, dining, wedding, and experience businesses, including:

  • Wineries, breweries, cideries, and distilleries
  • Restaurants and culinary experiences
  • Visitor attractions and outdoor recreation providers
  • Wedding, event, beauty, wellness, and transportation services

Support Service Provider — $120/year

For B2B service providers supporting lodging operations, including:

  • Cleaning, maintenance, and landscaping services
  • Hospitality technology and reservation systems
  • Bookkeeping, administrative, and operational support
