The Zephaniah Hatch family has farmed our 400 acre farm for 73 years. We started growing wine in 2002. Our family grows Wine, Grass Fed Angus and Lamb. My family purchased our farm in 1949 and dairy farmed until 1986. After visiting the Alps in 2001, my interest in growing wine increased. We planted Cabernet Franc, Chardonel and Cherdonnay in 2002. Bonnie, my wife, is the manager and our critical palet. I am the winemaker, Emily, our daughter is the assistant winemaker. Our son, Tremain, is consulting Viticulturist and consulting winemaker. Our daughter Meredith takes care of logistics. We hope to continue farming great wine here for many generations. Bill Hatch, Founder
